CaaS provides automated copyright registration, administration, and revenue optimization services through AI-driven technology. Our platform integrates with copyright offices, collective management organizations, and digital platforms worldwide.
2. User Obligations
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have legal rights to the content you register
- Your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
3. Service Scope
Our AI agents will:
- Generate and submit copyright registration documentation
- Monitor for potential infringement across digital platforms
- Track and optimize royalty collection
- Provide alerts and recommendations
We do not guarantee successful registration in all jurisdictions or the detection of all infringement.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are based on your selected plan. Payment is due in advance and is non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your creative works. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
CaaS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Rejected copyright applications
- Undetected infringement
- Lost revenue or uncollected royalties
- Third-party platform errors or changes
- Force majeure events
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain access to your documentation and may export your data. Outstanding fees remain payable.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
